Hi everyone,

I added the Cicero Reading First website under links.  If anyone has any other requests, please don’t hesitate.   I am in the process of adding a few new pages that were requested-please be patient.  I have not received any documents yet to add to the site.  I will try to post them promptly when I do receive them.  Happy testing!

It has finally arrived, yay!!!  With so many new and innovative programs and ideas being sorted through this summer, I thought that we could use a centralized communication system. This blog will act as a communication center for thoughts, concerns, and an overall forum for ensuing that the Cicero Reading Department is “on the same page.” Many of us will be attending workshops, academies, and participating in committees. It is vital for us to share our insights with one another to create success for all students in Cicero School District 99. Feel free to start threads with questions, solutions, ideas, or your experiences on this blog by posting a comment. If you are participating in a summer committee, you may want to check in often. This blog will assist in creating a cohesive, well-threaded K-8 reading program for the district. Have a great summer! Happy blogging!
